What are the fees and charges? At Clarege we aim to keeps costs, fees and charges as low as, or lower than comparable retirement villages. The weekly Management and Maintenance Fee (paid fortnightly) is $89 (for the 2015-2016 financial year).
Can I have a pet at Clarege? With the permission of Clarege Management, you may be permitted to have a small pet with you.
Can friends and family come and stay with me? Definitely! You are welcome to have friends or family stay with you. They are subject to the village rules of course, and there is a generous time limit for their stay.
What facilities are available to residents? In addition to your own unit and your personal garden courtyard, Clarege provides a Community Room and will develop the community garden and the outdoor entertaining area behind the Community Room. These are all available free of charge. In addition, the bigger facilities at the Lesmurdie Baptist Church, which is adjacent to Clarege, can be booked free of charge (subject to availability) twice per calendar year. A cleaning or technician’s fee may be payable.
