Clarege Retirement Village is an intimate over 55s village nested in the Perth Hills.

We value community. Clarege has been created to provide community opportunities to the residents through the:

• Small style village where residents can get to know each other;
• Provision of a central courtyard,
• Community vegetable and flower garden,
• Provision of a Community Room for use by all residents,
• New community outdoor entertaining area,
• Location adjacent to the Lesmurdie Baptist Church where programs for older citizens are held weekly.

Participate in the community as much or as little as you like…but you don’t have to be alone at Clarege.
